Booking policy
Before you book
A few quick housekeeping notes from Emily so there are no surprises when it’s time to drop your dog off.
- 10% non-refundable, non-transferable deposit secures your booking.
- Remaining balance is due 1 week prior to the 1st day of booking.
- Cancellations within 48 hours = full payment retained.
- Vaccinations required: Distemper, Hepatitis, Leptospirosis, Kennel Cough and Parvovirus. Bring your certificate on arrival.
